Live TV coverage on Sky News states that local residents report unusual police activitytaking place before and after officers shot dead Mark Duggan in Tottenham, London — an incident which subsequently led a protest and riots. The local Member of Parliament says that the authorities have serious questions to answer regarding these matters.
